Darci Welter is an attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association and an international corporate strategist with more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital structuring, corporate governance, and complex international operations.

 

He holds a postgraduate specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a specialization in Valuation from Insper, having developed extensive expertise in company valuation, strategic modeling, corporate architecture, and the structuring of sophisticated financial and business operations.

 

Throughout his career, Welter has participated in the strategic evaluation of more than 1,000 companies and has been directly involved in the structuring of more than 50 onshore and offshore investment funds, advising entrepreneurs, family offices, financial institutions, private equity groups, and multinational corporations.

 

Specialized in international structures, investment platforms, and complex corporate transactions, he has developed broad expertise in compliance, corporate governance, offshore structures, fiduciary administration, asset protection, and institutional capital formation across multiple jurisdictions.

 

In the United States, he founded and structured international business and consulting platforms including Capex Equity Company LLC, Mapahex Consulting LLC and AURUM Asset Management LLC,  focusing on international strategic consulting, fund structuring, compliance, M&A, fiduciary administration, and global wealth organization.

 

Currently, he serves as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of STRLEX Capital Group, leading initiatives related to institutional governance, international compliance, fiduciary structuring, investment platforms, and corporate operations involving family offices, investment funds, international assets, tokenization, financial infrastructure, and cross-border business ecosystems connecting Latin America, the United States, and offshore jurisdictions.
