CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
George Fauci
An international executive with more than four decades of experience spanning institutional strategy, global business development, strategic communications, media, innovation and cross-border initiatives.
George Fauci began his career as World News Producer at Rede Manchete Television Network in Brazil and later served as a correspondent for CNN World Report. He subsequently worked with the United Nations in Geneva and New York, participating directly in the development of the 1992 United Nations Earth Summit (UNCED), where he served as Special Advisor to the Secretary-General of the conference.
He held senior executive positions across major international organizations and corporations, including Director of Pelé Sports & Marketing, Head of Communications at Eletrobras, Commercial Director and Director of Government Relations at Grupo Abril, and Director of Band News and Band Internacional in the United States.
As CEO of Strlex Capital Group, he leads initiatives involving capital platforms, strategic opportunities, international partnerships and long-term ventures across finance, technology, infrastructure, innovation, education, media and global markets. Since 2020 he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Casa Brasil Miami Art Week.
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Darci Welter
An attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association and international corporate strategist with more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, capital structuring, corporate governance and complex international operations.
Darci Welter holds a postgraduate specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a specialization in Valuation from Insper. He has participated in the strategic evaluation of more than 1,000 companies and has been directly involved in structuring more than 50 onshore and offshore investment funds, advising entrepreneurs, family offices, financial institutions, private equity groups and multinational corporations.
In the United States, he founded and structured international business and consulting platforms including Capex Equity Company LLC, Mapahex Consulting LLC and Aurum Asset Management LLC, focused on strategic consulting, fund structuring, compliance, M&A, fiduciary administration and global wealth organization.
As Chief Compliance Officer of Strlex Capital Group, he leads institutional governance, international compliance, fiduciary structuring and investment platform initiatives connecting Latin America, the United States and offshore jurisdictions.
